Starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, our Faculty will admit students directly into individual departments!

As of this academic year, the Faculty of Engineering at TED University will implement program-based admissions for the first time, aligning with the national standard adopted by engineering faculties across Türkiye. Under this new framework, students will be admitted directly to individual departments rather than to the faculty at large.

This restructuring allows for the reallocation of scholarship opportunities in favor of specific departments, thereby enabling more targeted support for students. Additionally, engineering students will benefit from increased academic flexibility through the option of interdepartmental transfers.

Through TED University's liberal education model, all graduates—regardless of their department—will be equipped with a strong command of engineering terminology and interdisciplinary competencies, preparing them for diverse professional environments.
