Prof. Dr. Kağan Topalli from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering has been elevated to the grade of Senior Member of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). The IEEE is the world's largest technical professional society in Electical and Electronics Engineering. IEEE's core purpose is to foster technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. In order to be elevated to the grade of Senior Membership, IEEE Members should show significant performance over a period of at least five years in professional practice.
